I absolutely love this hidden gem in downtown Sacramento. Their jewelry selection is beautiful! I have been a client here for some time now and the associate that helps me all the time is Irma. She is great at what she does, knowledgeable, friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I walk out 100% satisfied. I have recommended several friends to this location to purchase jewelry and they always share how much they saved by going there. They now are Irma's clients as well, as she has earned all of our loyalty and business. I love all of the beautiful jewelry this store sales. I highly recommend Best Collateral you won't be disappointed!

I have been a costumer at this store for years and recommend it to all of my friends and family. Irma is the only person I will work with. She is by far the best employee that this location has ever had. Her costumer service and professionalism stands out from any other location. I can't thank her enough for all of the times she has helped me pick out the perfect present for each of my friends or children. They always have something available no matter the age. Irma has earned and kept my business for more then 8 years! Thank you for always providing me with excellent costumer service Irma!

I absolutely love shopping at this pawn shop the best pawn shop in Sacramento. Their jewelry selection always amazes me. I have been a client here for a few years now and I always get this sweet lady by the name of Irma. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I walk away 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Best Collateral you won't be disappointed! I had a great experience at best collateral. IRMA the salesperson was the one who helped me and she did great in her recommendation of a ring for my wife. Extremely helpful with a wealth of knowledge in regards to jewelry among other things.10 out of 10 would come back again thanks to IRMA.

I’ve been an avid customer to this establishment for quite awhile as well as my mother. Heath, Irma and the manager are just like family. The quality of the merchandise and the overall “GREAT” customer service that we’ve received from buying, selling and etc. is exceptional. My mother and I feel their respect and trustworthiness is why we recommend others to this location.
