Went to this location in search of a men’s ring. Upon entering I explained the ring was a gift for someone & I wasnt accurate of the exact size. The cashier said they didnt do returns, but I could EXCHANGE within 5 days, as their policy states. I told her that the gift would be given as a birthday present a week from that date, and she said maybe we could write on the receipt a small extension.nI picked the ring I wanted out. One of the employees said if I purchased 3 I’d get a little discount. So I bought 4 items.nThat day I decided to gift the ring, a week in advanced, to honor their 5 day exchange window and sure enough, the ring didn’t fit. We went back the next day, less than 24 hours later to look at rings and find a good size. We picked the exact ring but in a different size. The cashier says “oh this was on sale there is no exchanges on sale items.”nLike excuse me what? You were the exact same person that told me to get the ring because we could come exchange it. I confronted her about it. “But weren’t you the same person who helped me yesterday? I told you it was a gift and you said it wouldn’t be a problem.”nShe pulled the “well I’ll do it for you this time” and was snippy and quite annoyed she had to fill out paperwork.nI literally followed steps she told me to take. AND I purchased more items than I really should have. I went in for one ring and left with 4. But it was her attitude, and clear misleading information that won’t have me coming back nor recommending this place to anyone. She was clearly aware of what she was doing, pushing to make a sale knowing that ring was on “sale” and couldn’t be exchanged.nTerrible service. No matter how many smiles and “thank you have a good day” you throw at people, this was deceiving, makes customers feel less than, and isn’t honest business. I hope other customers don’t get lied to that way.

I went in with a couple family members and the two ladies working were very helpful and gave great customer service. The rings are a little bit overpriced, but I don’t mind paying a little extra because they have a variety rings right in front of me and I can try them on. Its tough to find the sizes I need for my chunky fingers and they offer large sizes. I walked away with 4 awesome rings. I can’t wait to go back. I have never seen a store like this. Thank you!

I went in to buy a piece of jewelry for my mother who is recently going through a hard time. The sales lady wouldn't stop talking about her dislike for Trump and it was unprofessional. Because of her I decided to not buy anything from this store.

I paid 40 for earnings that had rust on them on Valentine’s Day. Wasn’t told about an exchange policy and was forced to use store credit on very cheap jewelry.
