We love our new carpet. The whole experience, from first visit to completion, was done professionally and in a timely manner. The installers were excellent.
Had 4 rooms done last Oct. Was happy with the original work, however, 3 months later I had a small leak & had to pull up a 5x6' area of vinyl tile. Empire came out & checked the floor, said they would order the materials for repair & to call when it was fixed. I called them back in Feb. when leak was repaired. Since then I have called constantly, been given the run around, promised a manager would call me within 24 hours (which has never happened), had 4 appointments set, all of them were no shows without even calling to cancel. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
Three people 2 days. They took out the old tile and carpet. Very nice and professional and cleaned up the whole mess. Floors are beautiful. Great job!
Extremely dissatisfied at price sounds very good they offer you 50% sale discount but if you check the price of the actual material it cost the same from other companies. They have a lot of promises like if there's problem with installation theyre company will take care of it for an additional fee but when things turn out bad they will let you figure it out on your own. They keep pushing your installation further saying due to high demand of appointments.poor customer service you cant get hold of anyone regarding any issues bottom line I ended up cancellibh my contract and find abother company to do my installation.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. This company cost me an additional $1900 to clean up the mess they left in and outside my house. If you’re older and not accustomed to taking pictures make sure you do because the ones the floor installers took are lies about how they left our property. The pictures were taken from a distance to appear they cleaned up in the house and that’s not what they did. We had to spend $610 on having the outside power washed to get rid of the concrete dirt they left outside especially the front of our house and street. We live in a gated community and leaving that mess is unacceptable in our neighborhood. The inside was even worse with so much dirt on our furniture and sticky messes from where they set their drinks used our refrigerator and freezer like it was their drinks. We spent another $300 to have the walls washed because they were covered in dirt. You couldn’t see out the windows because they were also covered in dirt. Just try to get hold of someone who cares about this is impossible.
