Jessica is an awesome PT! I've gone to her for work out injuries and she's always been able to help! She's always super positive too!nGolden Bear Physical Therapy is a great place to go to for PT, super friendly staff and nice facilities.

I LOVE this place; everyone is so very helpful and nice. They have a very clean and encouraging operation. They want only what's best for their clients and find a gentle way of encouraging you along in your healing process.

I have worked with Dr. Jessica in the past for my shoulder back when she was located in the Bay Area. I heard she moved locations to El Dorado Hills which made me sad to have her further from home but I know that if I ever need her after my snow adventures, she will be close by!nI saw her in the past for my shoulder and I was back to work and things at home without pain after physical therapy with Jessica. My shoulder has been paining for a while but Jessica fixed me. She attentively listened to me, encouraged and pushed me throughout all my sessions, and got me back to lifting my arm above my head and doing all my activities without pain. She was very educational and very effective with each treatment. She was always on time and very friendly to all of her patients.

So glad I was able to work with Jessica Heary! I run quite a bit so I have my fair share of problems, but she was very attentive and answered any questions I had. She assessed my gait and gave me some simple exercises to help with what she found out. I can't wait to keep working with her and I know she'll keep me running as long as possible

Best Rehab I've been to. Very compassionate, and well versed to your needs. From the time you enter the center your greeted by the receptionist, then by the PT Jessica. Very nice but knows what she has to do. I feel much better. I recommend Golden Bear Physical Therapy Rehabilitation & Wellness.
