Horrible! Do not use this company. We purchased a bank owned home with an FHA loan and had the misfortune of having Cary Crossman as our appraiser. The first report stated we needed to just do a couple of things for him to sign off on the property. So we did fixed everything which was in his original report. Then when he came out for the second time, he added a lot more repairs that we needed to complete and charged us for coming back out. So we fixed all the repairs and had to pay him a third time to come out and sign off on the property. Its like a taxi cab driver which drives you the wrong way on purpose to drive up the bill. This should be illegal. I warn you stay away from Crossman Valuation Group and Cary Crossman. They are crooks.
