There were some initial misunderstanding & frictions but that aside, what I truly appreciate is the efforts the owner PJ Singh took to resolve it, once it was brought to his attention. I am totally amazed at the alacrity with which he acted to douse the fire of misunderstanding that was between us due to delay in communication.nnI have upgraded the ratings to Five star from my original One Star rating and scathing review precisely because of his outstanding crisis resolution.nnTo err is human but to accept the error and work to resolve it requires super human character which PJ definitely does posses.nnCheers!!!

Sure all the positives below are paid reviews. I bet none of them will have a receipt to support those reviews for the dates before their date of review. Prices are insanely obnoxious and service is sorely lacking.
I had an issue with very expensive collectible items and it is being appropriately addressed by PJ. I have since ordered additional collectible items and look forward to continued business with Folsom Wine and Spirits, my new go to website of hard to find items. I want to send thanks to PJ for assisting me with the issue.
