Irresponsible, rude, disrespectful, lazy. They lost important documents of mine, and still yelled at me over the phone because I was asking where my documents where. They don’t care about the people. They should be hiring people that actual want to help not just people who will be hang the phone up on us after waiting 45+ minutes on hold. They’ve handled this whole pandemic situation very poorly as well.

I like this office some of y'all should try one in Detroit Michigan or St Louis Missouri. Them offices have bullet proof glass and 3 medal detectors depending on what you need

Not the best welfare office when it comes to customer service caring about the situation your in or the hard times you’re experiencing. The wait time is horrible and once your name or number is called it almost feels like they want you out. They’re not much help with job seeking either. The only plus side is the free computers and resources they have offered there.
