I worked here years ago. Very toxic environment. The unstable female manager accused me of stealing with zero proof. I was floored by her accusations since I have never stole anything in my life. Same manager would just start crying out of the blue in front of customers/employees. Then to add more drama to the toxicity. A co-worker Maria would alienate the other co-workers and cause problems so much so that a few called human resources and reported her. I immediately quit. Working in that negative environment reflects poorly onto the customers. I truly hope those two people were fired and Zales has a better staff working there now.
While looking for a surprise gift for my wife i walked into Zales and the sales rep Blake helped me and made the search effortless. He was kind, professional and respectful. Kudos to Zales for a great hire.
When I saw online that this store was finally open I attempted to take my diamond ring in for a guarantee check up and was told that due to Covid they are not doing these inspections, but they will extend the warranty for 6 months further down the road. Hopefully this helps other customers.
The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I brought my broken chain in and he helped me replace it with ease. I also had a family ring with years of damage, so he talked me through the process of sending it in to have it repaired. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
