Awesome for repair! I've been looking everywhere for a simple pin to fix my Citizen watch, even bought a watch repair kit on Amazon, but none of them were the right size. I tried khols but they referred me to Adrian Blanco. When i called they made a same day appointment for me and fixed my watch in less than 5minutes at No Cost! I had a WONDERFUL experience with Mr. Blanco. He sent me a message on facebook after seeing my post in Folsom chat to get a better understanding of what I needed. He scheduled a quick appointment with me to help my situation. After such a bad experience with another Jeweler in folsom, Adrian was a breath of fresh air.nnFor a little more context- I have a medical condition that has caused weight gain since I got engaged back in the day. For 2-3 years I have gone without wearing a wedding ring and It has always made me sad.nnI finally bit the bullet as a valentine’s day gift to myself to have my original ring resized. The place I went to (not Adrian’s) resized the rings incorrectly then wanted to charge me to have them fixed. When I took the rings to Adrian’s, it turns out even after fixing them a second time they were STILL not the size I requested. They were too small and I couldn’t wear them.nnAdrian took a look at my wedding band and wedding ring and let me know that the band was very thin. He wanted to warn me that stretching it and resizing it could break the ring. We discussed options and it stuck out to me that he said “I want to make sure this is done the RIGHT way. Not just the easy way. ” he acknowledged that the RIGHT was is what is best for the customer and that “Jewlery is not a sales business, but a customer service one.”nnTowards the end of our appointment he asked me why I hadn’t attached the rings. I sheepishly admitted that when my husband and I got engaged we were very poor. We wanted to have a ring but didn’t have the funds. We bought it second hand and I never really liked the style. The solitaire looked odd next to the wedding band my mom had gifted us. I always figured one day we would upgrade it but it never was a financial priority. So between this and my health issues it sat in a box on my dresser for years.nnAdrian asked me what my favorite syle was and went to work looking for a way to help me get the ring I wanted while still keeping the sentimental value and budget comfortable. Adrian helped me make my dream ring a possibility! He told me “I can’t fix what happened in the past. I’m sorry that happened, and I want to make things better going forward”nnMy husband and I are thrilled. We are grateful Adrian restored our faith in jewlery stores. He is a stand up guy, knows his trade very well, took great care of us and I couldn’t recommend him more!
