Took my 6 month old daughter to pierce her ears, the staff was friendly and helpful. Piercings went in great and look perfect. Store was very clean and organized.

I was helped by a lady named Christina, she provided amazing customer service. She helped me find everything I needed for my daughter's bday party. She helped me find more items than I expected. Overall I'm very satisfied!

Earrings are very cheap. I have sensitive ears so I bought the earring for sensitive ears. My ears ended up getting infected from these earrings. Prices made be reasonable but very cheap quality earrings. My niece bought some earrings as well and the earrings were made out of a clay like material and the dog's heard broke off within two days. Will not be going back

Claire's does lobe and cartilage peircing....great store and has so many cool things to choose from. I love this store now as much as I did when I was a kid!

It's a really good place to get stuff for girls of all ages but it's a little pricey and they have a lot of items that you won't find anywhere else
