Bursch Travel

Booked a trip and had to cancel because of COVID, but rebooked another. We were promised our refunds and flight vouchers on the first. It's now 3 months after our trip and I cannot get anyone to call me, answer the phones or even email. The two stars is because the planning was good, this follow up is terrible though.

Called to get a idea of a dream vacation. Then stopped in to go over the particulars. With Janee's expertise and skills with planning and making arrangement, my dream vacation was not only attainable but considerably under the budget I had previously set doing my own research.nIf you have ever thought about doing a vacation abroad, dont waist your time planning anything yourself. Very impressed with Melinda, the whole experience was awesome!!!

Melinda coordinated travel and lodging to Mexico for our son's wedding. The arrangements were perfect but the traveling weather delayed and cancelled flights. Melinda took our frantic calls and coordinated new flights for at least 12 of our guests. Her service was beyond our expectations and we couldn't be more appreciative.
