San Bernardino County Barstow Traffic Court

First, let me say that the payment clerk was very kind but Traffic clerk before the payment clerk hung up while I was explaining I had mailed in a copy of my insurance and they never responded back but I still have a digital copy of it to prove I had the insurance at the time. I wanted to ask if there was anything I could do about it. The officer that pulled me over watched as several cars went into the incoming traffic lane and went around me so they could drive faster ahead. The officer said I was speeding though after stopping me and tried to fine me 899 usd. He also stated I didn't have any insurance but refused to let me find it in my vehicle paperwork which I did have on me. He also searched my entire vehicle and found nothing. I was moving at the time and he riped all my bags. Later the ticket was reduced to 25 for a corrections ticket. Mind you I mailed my proof of insurance to the proper address but this was never added to my case. I just payed 414 usd after someone hung up on me and I'm pretty sure I received this ticket for nothing. I was driving a black mustang at the time and I'm pretty sure the cop was just looking for someone to harass. More upset at the unprofessional treatment from the clerk and cop. Oh and the first few times I called it just kept saying your call can't be made at this time callback later but only for the traffic and payment line. I had to wait over 4 days before I could get someone on the line because I started Thursday. Didn't get someone until the following Monday because they're closed Saturday and Sunday.

Even tho I got a citation, the judge was compassionate and helpful, plus the clerk office was very helpful in answering my questions and explaining everything to me throughly

I gotta pay 500 hundred dollars for my speeding ticket but I didn’t see any 5 star reviews so yeah

Wrong number and website useless has no way to get a telephone # for the traffic court

Called and needed to speak to someone, anyone. And was never able to talk to a person. Their agents are never available & don't give you an option to hold, they just hang up on you! 2 hour drive from my house.
