Rock-N-Fire Pizza Burgers and Wings

Taking into careful consideration the delivery time and distance, I'm giving my first single star rating in a decade or more based on the food quality alone. I feel like I've got enough leftover over-sauteed garlic from the fries for 2 homemade meals (and I LOVE garlic) and its possible the tomato in my 3 grilled cheese was actually rancid. That, or cheddar, mozz & provolone are suddenly a bad combo. This is very unlikely. It.was.the.worst. The sourdough, however, was amazing. Maybe narrow the menu down to what dishes can be executed successfully? Good luck.

Rock n Fire has replaced my usual pizza places. I have grown tired of going to a pizza place and paying $30-40 for one large pizza. Prices are great and the food is amazing.nnI enjoy getting any kind of pizza and being able to customize for no additional charge. When I feel like a burger, they don't skip a beat. A couple extra dollars and you get a burger that is miles better than what you would get at fast food.nnI can't wait to get back to pre-COVID tj.es and hope their specials come back. It would be nice to sit down and have a local beer from their bar.

Placed a phone order to have the food ready to be picked up on the way home. Upon arriving at the scheduled time to pick up my order, I was charged asked for a tip and then told my food would be here in a few min. After which I then realized they had just started to make the pizzas I ordered, having not been told this and having to figure it out on my own was itself disappointing. Why did I place the food order early with a scheduled pickup time if I wanted to wait in your business without anyone wearing masks during covid to wait for food that was already supposed to be ready. After realizing what was happening I felt completely taken advantage of, I searched for someone to ask for help. A young man polite enough stopped and when I was able to tell him this was not what I was told over the phone when placing the order and asked for a refund as I didn’t have time to wait. He said it should be no problem and that he would check with the manager. After about 5 minutes of him talking to a maskless group at the bar he came back and refunded me after which he offered to give me the pizzas for free m. As nice as the offer of the pizzas was I did not have time to sit and wait for it hence the initial issue to begin with. Honestly would have rather had the manager who let her employees all stand there instead of doing their job of making my pizza apologized for the inconvenience but then they would have had to stand up from the bar I guess. Last time I will ever go here I recommend you do the same! It’s true what they say it only takes one bad experience to ruin a place for you and they have done just that!

The place was rude we ordered $60 worth a food and they forgot one of our fries. We go back in to tell them they forgot one of our fries. They asked the lady who made the order and she said she put everything in they bag so he asked if we bring our bags back in to see . So basically go through our food. After we told him we didn’t appreciate how they handled the situation he says that he apologize but can not afford giving away free food. What happen to customer service? Why spend $60 to steal one fry?

Must give a shout out to Rock - N-Fire Pizza Burgers and Wings are participates in the Dine at Home Food Program. Due to COVID 19 , this fine establishment is currently serving all, yet they are catering to seniors citizens by serving at no cost and making free delivery to elderly and those in their communities who are most susceptible to the COVID 19. This program opened months prior, and the application to Dine at Home Program is now closed. Yet, Rock- N- Fire Pizza Burgers and Wings are still delivering to those who applied months past though the Dine at Home program . It as simple as dialing 211. Rock-Fire are to be commended for their overall fantastically uplifting customer service ,kindness, and generosity. Most importantly, they are protecting our loved ones. May all remember this fine establishment and order from them. From their wings, burgers , soups , salads and too many delectable dishes to mention , Rock-Fire has scrumptious cuisine, and the customer service is superb. Try Rock-N- Fire today.
