Vaccine 1 was drive thru. Easy breezy. Very organized and we really liked being able to stay in our car.nnCame back for vaccine 2 today, had to go to the walk in side. Not sure what changed, but the walk up was still very organized. In and out, basically no wait.nnThank you too everyone working/volunteering there!

Went through the Covid-19 vaccine POD this afternoon, Sunday 3/21, it was very well organized and quick. It appears that the College has two PODs running, the POD I received my vaccine from was drive-thru, the other appeared to be walk-in. It was busy but the drive in lines were not bad at all. Took about 20 minutes from the time we arrived to the nurse's station. Very nicely done.

As of 3/20/21, this vaccination site is not a drive thru. Went on Saturday, very crowded. The volunteers did an amazing job of organizing everyone and getting people through quickly. Had to wait in line for 25 mins. Make sure you have the Othena app downloaded, it makes for a faster experience.

03/21. This was my first round of the Covid vaccine via my appointment on the Othena app. The entrance is on Bristol, it’s easier if you’re going south on Bristol to enter. I wasn’t sure how you get the drive thru option but I was given a walk up appointment. There are plenty of signs and parking lot attendants directing traffic. They directed cars to available parking. Most of the attendants I interacted with were friendly so feel free to wish them a good morning or good afternoon right back. So you have to check in which consists of you walking up and them verifying your appointment via the app or printout you bring. While waiting in line I was instructed to complete the check-in medical assessment. 12 easy questions about your medical history, prior vaccines, etc. You wait in line and get directed to a table were an attendant reviews your medical assessment questions. Once you sign off, you are now directed to wait in line to see the nurse and get vaccinated. Social distancing was practice by all and easy to do with clearly marked indicators on the floor. Once inside, you provide your ID and show the nurse your vaccination confirmation or QR code off the app. Vaccine is quick and done. You’re directed to an observation area/quad and you wait for about 15 minutes to make sure you don’t have an side effects. Easy peasy. I saw a few people complaining about waiting in line despite having an appointment. Guess what? Everyone else has one too, it’s just going to take a while. The nurse automatically schedules your next appointment for you which is usually at the same time 2 weeks later. It was an easy simple experience. Just remember to be courteous and patient with each other. Oh yeah, all I felt after the vaccine was a bit of soreness in my arm. Take care and stay healthy.

Super easy to get a COVID-19 vaccine for qualified persons at Santa Ana College Point of Dispensing (POD). Made appointment for family through Othena website came here, made sure to enter on Bristol street, not 17th. Went through some checkpoints and had QR code & identification ready. Vaccine administered in car & in parking lot Information as of Thursday March 4 at 11:30am. Thank you volunteers!!!
