Within 1 year ive had my prescriptions lost by the hospital more times than i can remember as well as the doctor forgetting to send it in on time. When i ask who made the mistake, they transfer me to a # that never gets answer or has a voicemail. I was waiting for a callback, currently off my medication due to their mistake, 2weeks go by and i decide to call... i asked why no1 has called me or the person who takes care of me. They did not give me an answer, just transferred my call where it kept rining endlessly with no voicemail. MAMMOTH HOSPITAL, PROFESSIONALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! (New slogan)
