I don’t like to leave negative reviews especially during Covid, but this place is just bad. Came on a Tuesday, ordered some appetizers first and then 10 minutes later we order our entrees. They proceed to deliver our entrees first and the appetizers 2 min later. We are sitting outside at night and it no it like the food is going to stay warm so we sent the appetizers back. Asked to speak to the manager, he was pretty worthless but eventually offered to take the appetizers (that we already told them we didn’t want) off the bill and made it seem like he was doing us a favor.nnIn addition to the lack of ability to time an order, the quality of the food isn’t very good. The pizza are smothered in sauce, yet are somehow still dry, the sauce lacks flavor and the toppings are MINIMAL. Prices are very high for the quality of food and overall experience.nnThis place solely gets by on its location as has nothing else to offer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!

Dave was an amazing server. He served us outside in the snow, by the fire, and was extremely hospitable and attentive. The food, service, and overall experience was great!

Came to Mammoth with the family and spent over $400 the first night. Food were not all that great, but the outdoor seating were nice because it was so cold. The guys working in the front were accomodating also. We enjoyed the evening with outdoor heating all around. This made us came back the second night and spent about $200 ordering. Some of the people in our group decided to buy other types of food and drinks because they fely like different food the second night. Before we get a chance to get our food from Campo, some of the people in our group brought the food to sit with us. The manager came out to yell at our group while I was picking up the food from the front. Understandably, you can't bring in food from outside. However, after spending $600, they would understand that we had five kids, they would let us eat there at their outdoor area. Especially, when there were no one waiting to sit and there were plenty of seating available.nnWe took all of our food and drinks and move to eat right outside the other restaurant. The worker at Shelter Distilling allowed us to use her table with the outdoor heaters. She saw our big family group with 5 kids were cold eating outside and felt bad for us. Even when she turned off all the other heaters and brought them inside, she left the ones at our tables until we were done eating. Kudos to Shelter Distilling, we will definitely spend a lot of money when returning to Mammoth!

Pizza and wine was great, service was friendly but not up to my standards for this price range.nPrices are on the high side due to the location.nPasta was also ok, not terrible but nothing special either.nOverall one the the better choices around the village ud83dude02

This is what a $25 pizza looks like. Totally freaking ridiculous prices. Spent $100 on 2 burgers and 2 pizzas for Covid take out prices. The pizzas are TINY. My average sized hand practically covers the pizza. And yes the perspective is correct - my palm is touching the surface. Even for California this is insane. Do yourself a favor and go to Giovanni’s down the road if you want decent sized portions and reasonable prices. I’m incensed.
