Recently, I bought a Michele watch online for my mom. Since I was nervous about getting it on time for her birthday, Gideon offered to over night the watch to me at no extra cost! I was so impressed with the customer care and assistance provided to me. I went into their new store in The Village in Woodland Hills and was very impressed with the selection and expertise Gideon and his colleagues share. It’s a beautiful store with an impressive selection! All in all, my experience at Gideon’s & Co. Jewelers was excellent. Amazing customer service and will be returning to Gideon’s for all things fine-jewelry related.
Most amazing customer service. The owners knows everything. They resized my husband's ring twice. And wow like nothing happened to the ring. Good excellent job. Very friendly people. I recommend this place
