Every visit to Randolph's has been so good! The attentive informative help I receive, the attention I get when in the store is something not often found in retail businesses these days. Randolph's is a store I will definitely miss when the current owner retires!
My daughter found a great ring for her wedding. She felt like the setting was perfect she just wanted some more color in the setting. They went out of their way to give her exactly what she wanted at a great price. I was so impressed with their service we brought in some jewelry that needed repairs and they did a fantastic job on them. Thanks we will be back again.
Randolph's has done an impeccable job on every piece of jewelry I have brought in. (Including designing a necklace for my sister who lives in Boston, MA) The latest piece I brought in was an antique ring of my grandmothers that was a few sizes too big (size 11 and I'm a size 6) and Charlie worked his magic and the ring now fit's perfect. I've never been so happy with a jeweler. I highly recommend Randolph's to anyone.
I've bought several pieces of jewelry here and have had a few of my own pieces repaired and reworked.nnThe staff is great, the service is also but most importantly they are honest!!! They said they would only charge me for a repair if it needed it and guess what? It wasn't needed!nnThey're great! They have a nice selection of new and estate pieces.
