I am the owner of Beaver Dam Landscape Supply. In response to the negative review, I did take payment for Elliot's phone order on a Thursday, but I also told him I had a wall full of deliveries that had to be delivered first. Whether he prepaid or not, other people were in line before him. On one of the busiest weekends of the season, my condescending tone was a reflection of his unrealistic demands. I really enjoy loading and delivering to my customers and appreciate the positive feedback I have received. Most people understand how busy it can be during the spring, especially on the weekends, so I DO thank everyone for your business, and your patience at times!
Great prices, very friendly staff.
Wonderful to work with, they will deliver and are very reasonable. Great selection of stone, and mulch colors. The red mulch doesn't fade like cheap big store bagged stuff.
The lady is rude and condescending. I ordered some stone and payed on a Thursday. Saturday still no stone delivered. She told me she doesn't have time for my special little delivery......Great professionalism.
