5 people behind the counter, 3 registers yet we stood in line for 20 SOLID minutes. Why, because you all wanted to keep talking business ventures with customers and personal stuff. 2 people in front of me left, didn't spend their money with you, I tried waiting a little longer even asking if you all could ring me up, nope. You all just kept laughing and chatting as if people have all the time in the world to just stand there and wait for you to be done. How unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I always love shopping here. Great selection that changes often with fashion great sale prices and promotional items. Helpful staff, easy to find in the mall, and clean. Make sure to check out their clearance racks!

I used to come here and spend forever to decide what I wanted because there was such a good selection of clothes and accessories. Now, I go in, look for five minutes and walk out. It was such a good one stop shop place for me, I could get my dress, jewelry and shoes all at one place but now there's nothing to choose from and that is seriously sad. The inventory is just horrible and the clearance rack has been the same for a year now, I only go to the mall every once in a long while, and if I saw the same dresses still there after 4 months, then maybe no one wants them and they should be taken off the rack!nnThis is quickly turning into a Forever 21 feel, and that is disappointing because Charlotte Russe was such a good store until these last few years.
