We had Andy and his colleague Pat install new luxury vinyl tile flooring in our laundry room, kitchen, dining area, hallway and bathroom. They were very careful and respectful moving our appliances in and out, easy to work with and very accommodating. They took their time to do a great job with the grout, and finished the whole project on time. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Andy was very accommodating with his time. We respected his professional opinion and recommendations and are so glad we did. His crew did a beautiful job on our flooring. We had a couple areas in the flooring that was being replaced that could have been problematic, but the guys took care of it and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome.

DEFINITELY consider all of the many flooring installers in Green Bay. I had a large bedroom, bathroom and hall project completed by this company 4/2018. They had to rip out the bathroom floor and reinstall right away because it was incorrect. Finally project finished, or so we thought...nnThey had to return several more times attempting to fix the floor because entire tiles keep coming off the floor.nn12/2018 the owner finally returned at the insistence of our contractor. The result...the owner is blaming the contractor citing the sub-floor. Unfortunately the tiles are coming up over the wood sub-floor and screws remain countersunk. Tiles are also coming up on the intact concrete leveler sub-floor as well and was installed by the tile contractor.nnHe was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me during this visit despite my active involvement in the entire project. Now the owner will not return any calls.nnAfter contacting a tile industry expert I was provided with documents from The Tile Council of North America which showed the tile was installed incorrectly.nnThere are plenty of tile contractors in Green Bay. Hopefully I have saved you some headache.nnUpdate 5/2019 - After certified letter ( which was refused), finally an email urging a compromise prior to legal action was acknowledged. Meeting took place and again blame was shifted to alternate sources. At this time we are awaiting a representative from the vendor to review the project.
