After requesting to be seen at Aurora. Dr. Chen refused to see me because I have depression. He made the assumption that my other pain clinic had not decided to call me back, when this was not the reason. I am a Medical Biller and I wanted a hospital with a reputable billing team. My coworkers suggested Aurora. If you do have mental health issues of any kind. Be prepared that Dr. Chen will not see you.
