We stopped to get a sub. Could not hear the cashier thru his mask at all. Kept asking him to repeat. Asked for 9 grain bread, when we got home it was on WHITE bread and the bread was extremely dry and hard. We never eat white bread. They only had one kind of cheese as an option...worst place ever. Never going back.
We were told that even though Covid is alive and well we are not allowed to have contactless delivery anymore because Jimmy John's has restricted their delivery range because of corporate though they are only 8 mins away from our location. The worst part of this all is I had to ask for an apology because the person who answered the phone was without empathy and didn't care that our safety was reduced and not their top of mind. Very unfortunate because our team ordered from them 1 to 2 times a week I efforts to keep our team safe.
Employees are rude. Wouldn't deliver food to a place that they delivered to a week ago.
First time I ever went to this place and I will definitely be back their sandwiches are a bit on the pricey side but it's worth every dollar
