Have a great relationship with my Doctor, Dr. Crisafi and the team in the Westerly office. However it's amazing they are in business with the awful administrative staff. For years this has been the case. I just shared that with a member of their staff and she said I could speak to the office manager, I explained that better service would be her taking my comment to the office manager instead of tossing me around. She then said, let me tell you something, you should be nicer since we are in the middle of a pandemic, then hung up on me. I never raise my voice, never said anything rude, just that the service was terrible. She was right though, I should be more forgiving given the pandemic. If only she didn't hang up, she would of heard me apologies and explain the my frustration originates long before COVID and that they have a lot to learn about customer service. Further, there office are in great need of renovations, I hope the lack of investment in the office is not a lack of investment in their team and operations. Invest in customer service training!

Need more office staff. The wait time for someone to pick up the phone is rediculous

Fantastic staff who are courteous and helpful. They are sympathetic to your ailments and respectful of your time.
