I brought my car in because there is a clear noise you can hear all the time through my vents. The first time I dropped it off they couldn’t “hear” the noise. I called a week later and I even recorded the noise so they could hear it. They told me to bring it in so they could listen. Donna I’m assuming is the owner sat in my car with me and heard the noise and said it sounds like your blower, we can open it up and see if there is any debris in it. So I scheduled to drop it off for today. I called around 1 and ONCE AGAIN they are saying they don’t hear any noise. I asked Donna if she even looked at the blower or opened it up since she said that’s what it sounded like she said no if you want us to we can. SERIOUSLY?!? They didn’t look at anything and tried telling me they let my car run 40 mins and didn’t hear anything. I picked up my car right after that conversation and I could hear the noise. If they don’t know how to work on non American cars or don’t even want the business then they shouldn’t take it and waste peoples time. I guess that’s what happens when you go the “cheaper” route. Bad customer service. I told Donna it’s funny how my car makes this sound every day but once your technicians have it, it magically disappears and she said yeah that’s a part of life.

I have been a customer at Hassell’s for 35 years and can speak from experience that this family business goes beyond amazing. My satisfaction list covers good workmanship, timely appointment booking (many times they literally bent over backward to do an emergency visit), competitive and reasonable pricing, good and transparent communication and a family atmosphere. Ray and Donna and the whole crew really extend themselves so that you drive away extremely satisfied and confident that the repair work was unbeatable.
