I wish every one I dealt with provided the type of customer service Mr. Derby provides. Above and beyond.
We had insurance with another company for 5 plus years ... never needing to file a claim.. well the time came and we had a big claim to file and it was an absolute nightmare. They are careless and had no customer service . We contacted Brad and switched immediately we not only saved money but got better coverage !
We are soon to be transplants and I was looking for multiple lines of insurance through several different insurance companies. Putting price and coverage aside, what really made me go with Brad (and Joe!) was how comfortable I felt in their office. That was the deciding factor for me. Price was about the same, coverage varied based on products offered, but the prompt emails and in office experience really made the difference! Hopefully, I'll never have a claim, but I know they will be compassionate when I'm in need.
Brad is great at helping individuals with their immediate needs and anticipating their future needs. Brad accommodates his client's time and work schedule. Brad does a great job of simplifying complex accounts. Brad has also done a great job of helping us plan for the future.
Love farmers insurance. Brad and his team go above and beyond. Wished I went with the company sooner!!!! Whenever I have a question they get back to me right away. You guys rock!!!!
