CHARMING NAIL&SPA

I came to Rhode Island for a quiet weekend away. While here I debated on getting my nails done as I’m sure most of you are the same, once you find a place you like you don’t leave and get cautious when trying new places. The lady at the hotel we are staying recommended Charming Nails and I took the plunge as they needed to be done. I had a great experience and if I am ever back in Rhode Island, I will be back. It was quiet, relaxing..and felt “homie”. Compared to the places back home I was incredibly impressed with their process (I had my natural nails dipped) it was much better than the process they use back home. Slight changes in that made the biggest difference. Chan did my nails and he is a rock star! He paid close attention to detail which any mom like me who goes to their nails done for an ounce of sanity would appreciateud83dude02 Thank you Chan, I highly recommend Charming nails!!! Will never go back I got my nails done two days ago for them to look bad 2days later. My nails wasn’t done how I asked them to be done and they are chipping I paid 55$ for a fill they should not be chipping. I been to a place that I only paid 30$ and NEVER had this problem. Also they was very rude too

I will never come here again very rude and unprofessional, they demand tips and if it’s not good enough they are rude about it. My nails look horrible for only being 3days done. I will be going back to La Chic for sure next time !! I recommend you ladies go to la chic never had anything bad with them I wanted to try something different and charming nails was the wrong place to go.

Let me start this review by pointing out that I have been a returning customer for 5 years. The technicians have always been professional and they perform their jobs consistently, being the main reason why I chose to return, even though it's not a personable experience, but it's good enough. However, I'm tired of the absolute lack of manners that the patron shows. I'm assuming that Kim is the owner, because of the way that she carries herself and because she's always at the checkout counter. I have always tipped 20% and in cash as she demands, something that is not convenient at all for me, since I never ever carry cash around, but I want to be accommodating ever since she demanded cash the first time. However, I told her today that she'd had to add the tip to the credit card, as I did not wish to touch cash during the pandemic. She told me to go to the ATM to withdraw it. Again, I politely replied that I really didn't want to touch any bills because of the virus. She was immediately exasperated a left out a rather loud and long 'uugghh', which to me equals a complete lack of professionalism. Not even my younger sister gives me that kind of answer in her sassiest moments. Goodbye Charming, it's time to move on. I'd suggest that you learn some manners and read your customers' reviews, we all complain about the same treatment. We'll go somewhere else since you don't appreciate our business.

Excellent nail salon! I was treated like a queen. Highly recommend this place of business. I will definitely go back for my mani-pedi!
