I am a retired Master Chief and I don't understand why do you only give a 30 day supply of blood pressure medication to my wife. We got to travel and every 30 days to make a trip to Newport. Then to top this off every 90 days we got to travel twice, one to bring the renew paper work. Then travel a second time because they tell her that it will take from 1/15/2021 the day we turned the paper work in to 1/19/2021 to pick up because this is a new prescription. It NOT a new prescription its a renew prescription. 4 trips X 28 miles = 112 miles per trip for simple 90 day supply of blood pressure medication for my wife.nRespectfully,nThank You for correcting this problem 1/19/21

The process for curbside pick up is not immediately clear nor is it clear that only curbside is available. Once I called the right number the people were very helpful and pleasant.
