Excellent customer service! Dave was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We really appreciate the extra time, information and assistance. Definitely recommend coming here.
I was looking for a new paint store so I asked around and read reviews and this store came highly recommended. My daughter and I went into the store looking for paint and supplies. We were in the store 10 to 15 minutes trying to find a color. I was super bummed as the whole time we were in there no one even acknowledged us. I saw one other customer in the store and he was being helped. Maybe there were busy behind the scenes but there was not even a simple hello!
The salespeople were helpful and friendly in person and on the phone. They knew the best product for my application. I ordered on the phone after getting samples in person, and 4 gallons of paint were ready before I had time to get to the store.
I had an awesome experience with AJ! I’m not an experienced painter and he was so helpful and kind. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Also, the paint AJ suggested is beautiful and awesome! I’m going back to get more paint tomorrow!
