We called due to a room upstairs being loud and playing loud music at 10:30 at night, the front desk didn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until the third call that they actually did something which wasn’t until 12:30am. Front desk operator had an attitude like we were bothering her. We were lied to and told that someone came but no one did because we heard the worker knocking on the door when they did actually come. If you want to relax on vacation I would not come here.
Loved my stay in every way
