I google searched exterminators in Rapid City and he was listed 3rd in the search. He should CLEARLY be listed FIRST in my opinion! BJ is not only kind, genuine, and honest, but he was very fast, thorough, knowledgeable, and mindful of cost. I would recommend this company over anyone in the area, hands down!!!

My son thought his airstream and car were infested with bed bugs while on a cross country trip. This caused him extreme stress and anxiety, to say the least. BJ wasn’t just an exterminator who performed his job by diagnosing the problem as fleas (thankfully); but he was the nicest, most compassionate, person who put my son at ease, immediately. He treated both the airstream and car as well as organized everything that needed to be laundered and cleaned. He even assisted in helping us find a cleaning service so my son could get back on the road with very much needed peace of mind. The name of BJ’s company says it all. Great karma; great business.

A friend gave me the name and number of Karma Pest Solutions after I shared with her my concern about finding snakes in our yard. I called Karma and left a message, and within an hour received a call back, a fact that impressed me from the beginning. Furthermore, we met the next day to decide what to do. Every experience I had after that was positive, and in the process of meeting over the course of a month, I learned a lot about snakes as well as other pests. All those encounters served to convince me that Karma was the very best choice I could have made in regard to pest control since each time I was impressed with the level of both experience and knowledge. Add to the list of positive factors listed above the willingness to continue to try different methods and approaches to deal with my problem and taking the time to visit with me about what was happening. If I could give a 5+ rating I would.
