I had a wonderful experience shopping for a watch at Grenon's of Newport. Ray provided exceptional customer service and made me feel like he truly valued my business and my interests. I found a unique watch not available anywhere nearby. Grenon's has an impressive inventory of beautiful watches and jewelry. I found the pricing to be excellent and with the customer service I received created an incredible value. I will not hesitate to return the next time I am in the market for a watch or piece of jewelry. If you are in Newport do your self a favor and just stop in, you will be happy you did!

Working with Betsy was a fantastic experience! She helped us design 2 beautiful diamond wedding bands for me. I had very specific rings in mind and her eye for detail and competitive pricing can’t be beat! We almost bought our rings from a jeweler we’ve previously used in Manhattan and are so happy we went with Grenon’s - not only did they design the most spectacular rings, they got me sample rings to try on to make sure I was happy before we ordered them. Grenon’s of Newport blew us away and they now have life long customers in us!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Betsy was amazing! She took all the time in the world to explain diamonds in every aspect. It was this attention to detail and Besty's patient education that made the process of putting together our engagement and wedding rings so easy. The end result was simply a wonderful custom made set of rings. We are pleased beyond words. Thank you Betsy and Grenon's of Newport for a job well done!!

I cannot recommend Grenon's highly enough. I was shopping around for engagement rings back in October. I went to multiple jewelry stores in Newport but there was something special when I visited Grenon's. The store itself is very classy and elegant looking, and I received excellent service and attention from Betsy. They truly made me feel very comfortable and at home. I wanted something custom made, very specific regarding the color, clarity, cut, size and setting of the ring. So, Betsy generated a quote for me based on multiple combinations of parameters. Now here's the best part - Grenon's quoted me a price that was between $700-1500 cheaper than any other place in Newport! Once you pick a ring they create a computer drawing of the ring so that you can be exactly sure your're getting what you want. They were even able to ship the ring to my next location since I was only in Newport for a short amount of time. If you want a beautiful ring with excellent customer service this is the place to go. And for a happy ending, My now fiancee (she said yes!) absolutely loves the ring. She was (and still is) taken aback at how sparkly and stunning it is.

Just a stellar customer experience. I'd been looking for the right time piece for a few months and stumbled into Betsy's shop on a whim. Their collection is hand selected and reflective of their extraordinary taste. All of their high quality are special, and all have a story that Betsy can guide you through. I was immediately drawn to a brand I'd never heard of, but loved the look and the fit. Betsy made the choice easy, and It's a reason I'll be going back to Grennon's for years.
