Kay's is always good and the staff at this location are nice. The customer service is on point and the cleaning services are nice. I buy the warranties for everything so I can get our stuff sent out for professional cleaning. Worth every penny!
Friendly staff very helpful with what you might be interested in they take time to listen and take as much time as needed while serving you i had a custom necklace made for my wife who survived breast cancer and had the ribbon made in rose gold to resemble the color pink they made sure I was completely satisfied with the jewelry before I left the store I would go back anytime for future purchase
Great service. My engagement ring cleanings take less than 10 minutes to be in and out. My fiance bought the ring here, added the warranty, so I get free unlimited cleanings.
This is a nice place to buy jewelry. I'm so glad they started hiring new people. The newer people are awesome.
