I have been dealing with the Martland Agency for about 2 years now. We were referred to Kevin for homeowners insurance in Newport when we bought our house. Kevin Martland and his staff are the cream of the crop. Wonderful customer service. Always someone available to answer questions. Attention to detail is also incredible, we went through every detail of my house to make sure the coverage on my house was adequate. I always feel like I'm treated like family when I call in. I was looking for better insurance and I came across AllState online. I got a call from Kevin and he worked diligently to get me the best coverage imaginable for my needs. I spoke with Donna and Emily briefly who both were very helpful. I find Martland Agency team to be personable and knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to meet and even exceed my expectations. To put it in context I had a problem accessing my policy insurance card and emailed Kevin late at night expecting a reply the next day. To my surprise, he responded almost immediately with my insurance card and offered to print it out and have it available at their office before my DMV appointment the following day. It made me feel good to know they are always there for their customers no matter how petty my request was. I recommend doing business with this agency.
