Adam was fantastic! I was given a two hour window, and he arrived right at 1200. He asked thorough questions on where I'd been seeing the ants, when I'd seen them, and also asked about other pests like beetles or rodents. He provided an in-depth explanation for how the application worked, how long it would work, and ensured that there were no animals or small children around the house when he applied the outside application. Thank you so much for the fast service!
From the initial phone call to a job well done, everyone was polite and efficient. One professionally done and thorough treatment was all it took to assassinate the rather large hornets nest in the cedar siding of my house. Very quick response time as well!
