Ordered for curbside pickup and I’ve never been greeted by a more miserable person than Clay. Claywell answered the phone sounding annoyed and proceeded to shuffle out to the vehicle to bring the product out. Thanks Clay! No response, nothing, turned around and walked away. C’mon man
They have everything and the staff is helpful. In particular, I was looking for scratch remover and they have about 10 different brands. Lot of selection, clean store, well lighted what's not to like.
My only complaint is that maybe some of the AutoZone associates could be more mindful of social distance. I appreciate the free services and help that places like AutoZone have to offer. It’s just, recently an associate ended up rather close to me. He came partly into my car (my drivers side), while I was sitting in the drivers seat, (I know he was just trying to help me) but, I am not sure he realized that his mask was not up while I was sitting in my drivers seat just inches away from him. He went to grab the code scanner after it was finished and we ended up accidentally brushing against each other too.nOn a trip to AutoZone several weeks back, I was told that associates could not enter into a vehicle at all due to COVID. I am not mad or here to bash their services, just here to spread awareness and caution.
