Thank you to the wonderful staff today for helping my mom with her car. You took her at a moment's notice with exceptional service. Jim the manager is a great person with a big heart who treats every customer as family. You and Steve have taken care of us for years. We are very lucky to have a great service team who is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this five star Midas place you can trust.

Pleasant experience all the way around. I had a simple job needing done that required me getting a couple of things in order, Jason quickly communicated exactly what I would need to accomplish what I needed done. I really appreciated the communication, he could have easily just scheduled the appt, and then I would have showed up without the necessary items. His excellent communication allowed me to get everything done today. Once at the location my job was finished easily in less time than anticipated. Before leaving the other gentleman working made sure I was good to go, and double checked the car for me, going out of his way to ensure I would have no issues leaving the lot. Thank you for your assistance today.

Had an incident with this Midas that had a happy ending. I was talked into an engine cleaning procedure that left the car (2008 Ford Escape) with a damaged idle control valve. No one in the shop could figure out the issue and was told it was the onboard computer and beyond them, it would need to go to the dealership, which it did. Service tech at Ford said they should never have performed that cleaning procedure on such a high mileage engine. Ford replaced the ICV (had nothing to do with the computer) and charged me over $700. However....John at Midas promised me it would be taken care of and it was. I received a check from Midas within ten days along with an apology. Mistakes happen, it's not a perfect world and auto repair isn't a perfect business. The point is these guys took ownership of the problem they created and made it right. So they earned my trust and I'll be doing business with them again.
