The people that work here are very professional. The other day a lady came in and started screaming at The guys behind the desk. She was insulting them and completely irrational. I actually asked her to calm down because she was scaring me. She then started walking towards me saying “ what is your problem now, what are you going to do”. I did not say a word as well as the other two there. Kevin was even trying to calm her down. I think it was so erratic we all thought she was joking at first. I just want to say how well these guys dealt with this disturbed person. They never raised their voice and tried to accommodate her. As she drove off she flipped them off.
I ordered winter tires for my car and delivered here from the recommendation. Kevin was great in notifying me when my wheels and tires arrived and to schedule an appointment. He offered to do same day which alleviated planning on my part. When I arrived he was professional and courteous and gave me an almost precise time estimate. I would recommend Monroe Auto Service, and if you need to store tires and have a storage unit at West Main Storage, its about 200 yards away. I will definitely come back to swap out my tires when winter is beyond us.
Quick, fast service... In and out in less than an hour for an oil change!! The reps were very user friendly and helpful. Thanks for a good experience, I'll def bring my vehicle back!

I've only been here twice. Once for an inspection and this past weekend for an oil change. Always providing good customer service w/o feeling pressured to buy other services. Prices for services also reasonable. Would reccomend!
