Had to get my husbands tires replaced, was told by a couple people this is a really good place to go. Definitely wasn’t disappointed! Got some good tires on sale, and then found the same tires online that were even more on sale! Got a super deal with them price matching! It took around 2 hours for the car to have the tires replaced and get it aligned (which the car desperately needed). I love the paper they printed out for me showing where the car was before and after the alignment. That definitely showed how bad the car needed it. So I’m glad we got it! I spoke with Stacy at the call center, and talked to Jordan on the phone and in person when we dropped the car off. Jordan even brought the tire out for us to take a look before they were put on. A great experience. Would go there again for any tire problems!

Did my wheel alignment with these guys and the process was great from start to finish. The price was great, they were able to fit me in next day and completed the job quickly. The best part of my experience was Jordan. Jordan is super friendly, excited to help, informative, and very accommodating. Although everyone seemed friendly, I suggest you ask for him when you come here.

Blake did a thorough job of explaining my options and going through price comparisons. The customer service was excellent. Every person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. They got back to me right away. I highly recommend Town Fair. I had a great experience with Blake and the rest of the staff.

Jordan and Aaron alongside Ed are a GREAT combination!!!! These guys really go the extra mile to take care of their customer's. They are very informative, assist each customer as family and do EVERYTHING they can to work with you! Their patience was out of this world! Unfortunately, I've become a regular there but the customer service is the same for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and Town Fair Tire to anyone with tire issues. Thanks a lot guy's. These guys were awesome. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, communicative, and helpful. Aaron checked me in and explained everything that was going to happen, what my options were, and a clear expectation and price. Jordan checked me out after my service was complete, and he was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Overall exceptional experience. I will for sure be returning to this particular Town Fair in the future.
