I was traveling from out of town and D&M helped fix my Audi and get me back on the road despite being pretty busy... it wasn’t a simple fix and they jumped right on it and got me going on my way with really reasonable rates. Really appreciated

For a while now, from my 66’ mustang to some of my newer cars, these guys were 100% on the spot. Speed, precision, quality of work, etc. have always been on point. Until recently. For the first time I had a tire “emergency” (not just rims/tires) and they can’t find time (over days of walk-ins/appt attempts) to replace a bad tire. Even after making an appointment, which wasn’t set up correctly on their end... They sent me walking. Something with has changed...nnAnd for reference, the Midas down the street was “booked solid, sorry” but could squeeze in the 15-20 minutes needed so I could get to work safely.nnAgain, some businesses will get customers regardless of customer service, but when you’re in need, look for someone that will work harder to get the job done. (Or go when just the younger guys are there, they’ll work with you and get you on the road ASAP)
