Ok, where do I start? Phil and Corliss Diesel have been the engine life saver of my boat. I moved the boat from an unnamed, terrible boat yard,to Newport Shipyard upon recommendation by my surveyor. After 2.5 years waiting for an engine rebuild TWICE I thought the issue would never be resolved. Amazing, Professional, Phil found the issue and resolved it and a multitude of little issues. He’s an expert and got the job done promptly. He turned a nightmare into a pleasure to at last be able to use the boat. Don’t hesitate, Corliss Diesel is wonderful.
Highly recommend working with Phil and the team at Corliss. Candid, responsive, on-time, and completely accurate in their estimate for the replacement of 75HP engine in my sailboat. Not an easy feat. Very happy with their service . I was taking the family on a trip to Newport, Martha’s Vineyard and Montauk but unfortunately ran into engine trouble on my first stop. I called the guys from Corliss and they came down to inspect it right away. I got an estimate, ordered parts and began the repairs the next day .nVery happy !!
