Tony is AMAZING. I had an issue with the gas tank and not only was he extremely accommodating when I was in a pinch, but he also was quick, efficient and communicative. I would recommend tony and his team to anyone who has a scooter, he has been truly the best.
After locking all of my earthly belongings including my scooter key under the seat I walked my scooter a mile to see if Aquidneck Scooter Repair could help. He made me feel quite accomplished for making it there and gave me a chair to rest while he worked on it (think he may have been a little concerned I might collapse...lol) As a customer who had my scooter serviced there in the past he helped me free of charge and made a really stressful situation much easier. Recommend highly!
Tony's awesome. He always knows exactly what's going on with my Vespa and shoots straight on price. He also picks up and drops off if you request. Couldn't ask for more!

Terrible experience over the phone. Asked them if they sold inner tubes for a bike tire and cut me off before I could finish with a big NO. Then hung up on me before I could ask if they knew anyone that did. Not a good way to run a business.
