The driver of trailer LE1323 on 5/26/20 in Toledo ignored my repeated requests to keep his distance from me. He said he didn't care if he caught Covid19 and when I said he might give it to me or others, he said he didn't care because it's too hot for the virus to survive. When I told him that was a myth, he dismissed that while saying it's if his time, it's his time. Total disregard for public health and safety.
Doesn't care at all about anything but the money and themselves! Has no consideration for customers after they land the load. Could care less about delivery times as long as it is in there time frame.
We are a distributor who receives pallets daily from multiple freight lines.nRLCarriers is by far the worst. Not only the worst but the worst every time.nLost completelynDamaged goodsnLies about transits and times.nWhen you call they quickly help you understand that they dont care at all.nI have urged all my vendors not to use RL!!!
I figured they would schedule pickups after 5pm.... who knew?
