They was ok truck had issues with covid they don't want to really talk to you don't think I'll rent from them again
Dominic from Perrysburg is one of the best mechanics we've ever met. He took his time to take care of our truck during our cross-country move and we honestly couldn't thank him enough. He went above and beyond and even made sure that our car that was being towed was safely secured, which he didn't have to do but he did anyways to ensure a safe trip.
Unorganized and overpriced, Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the day I go to pick up the truck from the location specified it was not even there. They instructed us it was gonna be one hour late. Good thing they have no regard for our time or money. @$299.99 per day and $1.34 per mile you think you would get it together.
Booked a truck and when I arrived to pick up the unit we were told that they assigned that particular unit to another company. I found this to be highly unprofessional and very disruptive. Do not trust what this company guarantees you as they will certainly drop the ball.
