When entering Bob's the hostess was rude and was being more or less snooty with my party for no reason. Everyone has a bad day so I could understand that but later on I'd ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, it came ice cold, like it'd not been warned in the slightest. Upon finishing our meal were presented with the bill and went to the counter to pay only to wait for a good while before anyone had come to cash us out. Behind the counter in the kitchen area the group of woman cooking the meals were going on about how hot everything they'd served us was and how they didn't do anything wrong, needless to say it was very unprofessional. I don't appreciate having visits like this where the employees are bluntly speaking about there customers as if they are in the wrong where I clearly didn't order frozen cold mac and cheese. I do have one good thing to say about about my visit however, our waitress was very kind, that's about it though.

After multiple visits the last were the worst ,last time I picked up my dinners they choose to put my soups on the bottom!which were apparently broken because when I got home it was all over my seat .Why would you put soup under 4 dinners I don't know either! I am now choosing to not return .Your trip may be better I wish you luck.
