This is a fantastic gym! The community is very welcoming, they have good programming, and a great coaching/management.nnI had moved to the area from out of town and was dropping in looking for a new gym to call home. Right away I was welcomed by everyone, invited to social activities, and found some great new workout buddies.nnIf you are in the market for a new gym be sure to check this one out!
I love coming here! Great atmosphere and amazing coaches. Being a beginner I was nervous about starting but the coaches I've worked with have made it so that I understand what's going on quickly, and coach me through the workouts. Definitely recommend coming here!

My days are better when I go here. Great coaches, environment and members. Only regret you will have is not coming in sooner.
It’s a wonderful place! Love the coaches and all my workout partners! I was scared to start crossfit, thinking I was not going to be able to keep up. That is not true at all! The coaches, especially Codie, he got stuck with me at first, were all so helpful and encouraging. I can do things now that I have not been able to do in years, or ever before. I really do love my workout group!
