I went to the Verizon Store on numerous times and have always had great customer service by There employees. I will refer people to go there any time they need anything with there phone service they are so friendly and know what they are talking about.
Treston and Bryan were amazing. I always go to Findlay store cause of bad experience in past at this store. Decided to try this store again. Great service will return, its great to be able to shop local.

This week was the second time going in for new phones. First was my husband and I, and the second for my mother. Both times we were helped by Jon and Treston, both times they were very knowledgable and extremely kind. Great experiences, thanks so much for making it easy for us. They switched an old woman from a landline to a cell, and kept her phone number for her..she is so happy and so am I.
