Unfortunately, regardless of Dr Voss' talent or care, he sends the message that he only cares for the privileged. He, with other dentists who cater to the more privileged in the community, refuses to work with those who are underprivileged or our on Medicaid. He has aggressively weeded out these patients because he feels Medicaid insurance pays out too little. Where some dentists go out into the community offering things like free sealants, he sits in his chair and turns the poor who desperately need help and quality options away. It's shameful.nnHis office staff is uninformed, disorganized, argumentative and rude. I would even go so far as to say they are both unfriendly and, well, mean. Without justification, I will add. I've come to the conclusion this is likely as much a reflection of Dr Voss himself. He comes off very friendly and caring to your face, but will reject you just as quickly... With a smile still on his face.

My 4 month old had tongue and lip ties and I called around to 6 different places before I finally came across a place that was able to perform infant frenectomies and this was that place. I was unable to go in but my fiancee took him in and was so impressed by Dr. Voss. He said he was very informative and thorough. They gave us a literal book on tongue and lip ties after the procedure. It's now been 2 days since he got them cut (with laser) and the wounds look exactly as they said they would and he doesn't seem to be in any discomfort from it anymore, also as they said. I also wanted to say that the ladies that I talked to on the phone leading up to the appointment were so super nice and really seemed to love their job. Definitely recommend this place.
