Reviews
Although I had no issues with the employees, I do have a complaint about the website for the Lucas County Clerk of Courts. For vehicle registration, the requirements are listed, however the list does not include that a vehicle inspection must be completed first. After waiting for what seems like forever, the clerk told me to go three doors down to get the inspection. Another hour wait...only to return to the Title Bureau and wait again. When I mentioned the website error to the clerk, she smartly responded that “we don’t control the website.” Whoever does control the website needs to correct the error. Certainly I’m not the only resident this has happened to.
These people are some of the rudest and most condescending people I've met. Every single employee here has an attitude, including the manager who couldn't give a care in the world.
