Tried booking an appointment several times. The second time I tried booking an appointment online, I was notified that the time I chose would not work but was never contacted to reschedule. The third time I tried to schedule, I received a text message from one of the workers that the time I chose would not work. I told her a time that worked for me and was never contacted again. I’ve decided to give up and go somewhere else. It’s extremely disappointing how unprofessional these situations were handled. I hope they get better at their online system, or just take it away all together.nn****The irony is actually them not wanting my business. I have seen the work they’ve done and it looks great, I’m not by any means bashing on the actual work they do. But this is my experience of booking an appointment with them and it was difficult and handled unprofessionally. Period.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have had. Rude, late, and after the injection all I was told was here is cotton for the road. No is there any questions, concerns or anything. No what areas are you working on. Then I was charged $240.00 for 2 minutes worth of their time. They said they had other patients so why is it I had to wait 40 minutes while you helped them and I only got 2 minutes. Never never never go to this place

Such a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Every service that I have had done here has been amazing. Such a beautiful office as well! Go see Marisa (spelling? sorry if I got it wrong) girl knows her skincare and is so sweet. Go see her!
